For your knowledge-Commitment to additive-free handmade-Sakura Greetings
Cold-process saponification method (cold process) that makes the whole material of carefully selected ingredients soap without using fire. I have continued. Thanks to you, we have reached our 60th anniversary. Due to that commitment, some products take more than 90 days to complete. Soaps that have been naturally dried and aged for a long time have subtle differences such as color changes and shape distortions similar to humans. Therefore, it is necessary to check each product individually, and all products are packaged by hand, not by machine. By packing all products by hand and checking them carefully, we put our desire to deliver more reliable products to our customers. Finished with a method that does not use preservatives, quality stabilizers, chemical fragrances, chemical dyes, etc. We focus on natural materials that easily decompose wastewater from baths, etc., and aim to create eco-friendly products after use.

-From the message of the manufacturing plant

<< What is cold process manufacturing method >>

The raw oil is made into soap
using the heat of chemical
reaction between the oil itself
and caustic soda without using fire. Finished into a luxurious soap with rich nutrients such
as glycerin (moisturizing
ingredient) contained in the
raw oil. Aged enough to
increase the usability.
It is the experience of
professional craftsmen to
determine the nature of the
formulation and make the most
of the characteristics of the material

1. Raw material weightining

Commitment to additive-free handmade

This time, we will use small equipment for measuring. First of all, prepare raw materials such as oil, caustic soda, compound, etc. to 0.01g according to the recipe.

2. Temperature controlling

Commitment to additive-free handmade

Dissolve caustic soda in water and raise the temperature of the oil at the same time. Both will be adjusted to the appropriate temperature.

3. Start stirring

Commitment to additive-free handmade

Add caustic soda to the feedstock and mix with a stirrer. When there is an additive, the compounding timing varies slightly depending on the nature of the additive, so carefully mix it in a timely manner

4. Mold casting

Commitment to additive-free handmade

If the trace (stickiness) appears moderately, stop stirring and pour into the mold. Wait for the soap to solidify in this state.

5. Soap cut 1

Commitment to additive-free handmade

Put the solidified soap on the table and cut it. Make a bar to fit each product size.

6. Drying

Commitment to additive-free handmade

The soap cut into bars is once put on a pallet and dried.

7. Soap cut 2

Commitment to additive-free handmade

Cut according to the sales size of each product.

8. Packaging

Packing is performed by hand one by one while inspecting repeatedly.

9. Production completion

Finally, wrap each product in its own dressing band or put it in a dressing box and complete it.
